Business Development | Client Advisory | Talent Strategy
CultureFit is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to help drive client partnerships and expand our presence across the national talent market.
This is a role for someone who understands that great recruiting partnerships are built through trust, market expertise, and consistent execution. You’ll be responsible for developing new client relationships, expanding existing partnerships, and advising organizations on how to solve complex hiring challenges.

What You’ll Do
You will operate as both a business development leader and strategic advisor to the organizations we support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and developing a book of business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Expanding and strengthening relationships with existing CultureFit clients
- Serving as a market expert on hiring trends, labor market dynamics, and talent availability
- Consulting with clients on hiring strategy, timelines, compensation expectations, and role design
- Partnering closely with our recruiting team to deliver talent aligned with both skillset and culture
- Representing CultureFit in the marketplace and contributing to the continued growth of our national client base

Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services is a strong advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with CRM or ATS platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Google Drive
- Technology, Sales, and/or Finance & Accounting industry knowledge or experience
