CultureFit is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. Our recruiters play a critical role in helping organizations hire high-impact talent across technology, sales, finance and accounting, marketing, and operations.

As a Senior Recruiter at CultureFit, you will partner closely with our account management team to identify and engage top talent for our clients. Unlike many recruiting environments, you will be equipped with meaningful insight into the organizations we represent — allowing you to have authentic conversations with candidates about the businesses, teams, and opportunities they are considering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5+ years of previous recruiting experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and email using professional communication standards
  • Understanding of sourcing methodologies to identify and engage top candidates (training provided as needed)
  • CRM/ATS experience
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office

Business Development | Client Advisory | Talent Strategy

CultureFit is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to help drive client partnerships and expand our presence across the national talent market.

This is a role for someone who understands that great recruiting partnerships are built through trust, market expertise, and consistent execution. You’ll be responsible for developing new client relationships, expanding existing partnerships, and advising organizations on how to solve complex hiring challenges.

Our most successful team members are entrepreneurial, competitive, and relationship-driven professionals who enjoy building a book of business and becoming a trusted partner to the organizations they support.

What You’ll Do

You will operate as both a business development leader and strategic advisor to the organizations we support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and developing a book of business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
  • Expanding and strengthening relationships with existing CultureFit clients
  • Serving as a market expert on hiring trends, labor market dynamics, and talent availability
  • Consulting with clients on hiring strategy, timelines, compensation expectations, and role design
  • Partnering closely with our recruiting team to deliver talent aligned with both skillset and culture
  • Representing CultureFit in the marketplace and contributing to the continued growth of our national client base

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services is a strong advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM or ATS platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive
  • Technology, Sales, and/or Finance & Accounting industry knowledge or experience
