Job Description:

As a result of continued growth in our business, we have an opening for a Quotation Specialist.Our Quotation Specialist supports all facets of our customer interactions. The position works closely with the sales team, manufacturing team, and sales reps to ensure that we exceed our customer’s expectations for quality and service.

Responsibilities:

· Review written specifications and generate price quotes.
· Field all incoming calls and emails.
· Answer questions and provide technical support for products.
· Assist in process incoming customer orders as needed.
· Maintain open project list and follow up as needed with customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field.
· Experience in a technical sales environment.
· Experience in pricing technical products.
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proven track record of success in school and work environments.
· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and put the customer first.
