For the first time in 4 years, compensation and career advancement were not in the top two highest considerations for taking a new job. As the market demand continues to increase, so to have the priorities with a dramatic shift towards: A more collaborative environment, more flexibility in work location, and better leadership – all three were a statistical tie.
