Our partnership began in 2014 with General Growth Properties (GGP), a major real estate investment trust known for its shopping mall portfolio. Initially, we supported GGP’s IT department, placing talent in development, DevOps, project management, business analysis, and infrastructure roles. We filled both individual contributor and management positions, ensuring GGP’s technology operations ran smoothly.

In 2018, GGP was acquired by Brookfield Asset Management, transitioning into what is now Brookfield Properties. Rather than disrupting our partnership, this acquisition expanded our reach. We developed a strong working relationship with the Brookfield Public Securities Group, as well as Brookfield Asset Management. Our focus expanded from IT into finance, reflecting Brookfield’s wider business needs.

When Brookfield came into play, we expanded into finance roles, supporting the Public Securities Group and Asset Management divisions. Throughout, we delivered both individual contributors and key management hires, always aligned with the company’s evolving structure.
