As a recruiter at CultureFit, you will be armed with actual information from our clients that you can talk to candidates about. Not a bunch of technical jargon, but what
companies actually do as a business and why people would want to go and work for them. You will be trained and mentored by our top senior talent and have all of the necessary tools at your disposal to be successful during your tenure. The following skills and attributes are all advantages to getting up to speed quickly.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• experience in recruiting
• Technology background and experience is preferred, but we will train!
• Being able to effectively communicate via video, phone and email, using professionally appropriate terminology.
• Understanding of sourcing methodologies to locate, access and find the best candidates for technology professionals – we will train you and set you up for success if you have minimal or no experience in this.
• Strong organizational skills – we need someone who can keep track of multiple
  jobs with multiple submittals, your own organization is key to this.
• Working knowledge of Google Docs & Microsoft Office

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate business development hunter and account manager for our Sr. Staffing Consultant position at CultureFit Technology. The successful candidate will be adept in business development in regards to prospecting and maintaining existing relationships as well as consulting as a trusted expert in technology, the greater Chicagoland and national market. You will be self-motivated with the ability to multitask, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, be solutions-oriented, and work in a real-time environment where priorities change regularly.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating a book of business from the ground floor – includes cold calling, networking and getting your name along with the CultureFit name out in the marketplace
• Maintaining and developing past/present CultureFit client relationships
• Being the “SME” for clients as it relates to the IT staffing marketplace
• Consulting potential, past and current clients within technology and marketing staffing as it relates to hiring initiatives, timelines, budgets, what makes clients’ attractive to candidates and more
• Having knowledge and continuing to grow your knowledge base in technical sales and recruiting
